How it works:

• you send over the config file (via our web support portal). You can mask sensitive information such as IP addresses, domain names, passwords, …, they are useless for us during upgrade process
• we do the upgrade, make sure it runs with the new version and send it back to you
• we create a report with suggestions for: security, scalability, improvements and better alternatives that you can use to achieve same functionality

We can help migrating from any SER-based SIP server – SER, Kamailio, OpenSER or other variants (for example but not limited to: OpenSER v1.0.x, v1.1.x, v1.2.x, v1.3.x, Kamailio v1.4.x, v1.5.x, SER 0.9.x, a.s.o.).

Target duration for upgrade is within one week, a matter of mutual agreement for special cases.
